Cross-Country Skiing Come and explore some of the best cross-country skiing in the United States. Enjoy over 200 kilometers of groomed trails and scenic beauty through the Superior National Forest. Annual average snowfall is 130 inches and is sure to provide you with great ski conditions from January through March.
	Ice Fishing The Gunflint Trail and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness provide some of the best Lake Trout fishing. You can hike, snowshoe, ski, or snowmobile in to several areas for an incredible action-packed day of wilderness fishing.
A variety of activities for the novice to the experienced surrounds us. Snowshoe through forested hillsides to scenic overlooks, across windswept lakes, or mush your own dogsled team. Take a lantern-lit sleigh ride behind a team of Belgian horses. Build a snowman with your children, have an old-fashioned snowball fight, or zip down a snow covered hillside in a tobaggan.
